CARE EAP provides a 24-hour 365-day toll-free number which ensures access to a master’s prepared clinician. Clinical staff are trained and qualified to assess, intervene and case manage troubled employees and/or family members, directing them to the most appropriate level of treatment. Many times a clinician can see an employee within 24 hours if in acute distress.

For those experiencing a medical emergency, referral to the appropriate emergency service is facilitated. An appointment with an EAP clinician will be offered in a convenient and timely manner. All non-emergency or non-urgent calls are responded to within one business day.
